My first trip to Clevedon Hall of the year and what a beautiful colour filled spring wedding it was. Gemma told me she had hoped the daffodils would be out for her big day, however with spring starting very late this year there was no sign of them; however with her choice of yellow dresses, shoes and stunning flowers her and Alex’s big day had all the colour it needed! On arrival I joined Gemma and her bridesmaids as they got ready in the bridal suite, downstairs final prep was underway. Her Bridesmaids made their entrance into the ceremony to Coldplay’s Yellow (can you see a theme here?) followed by Gemma on the arm of her Dad. The ceremony was beautiful and I loved the readings they picked, after we headed straight outside for drinks and some photographs. Jasper their dog joined them for the day which was lovely as he is their furry baby, I then took the couple off for a walk down to the bridge before dinner was served.
Gemma did what most brides could not and started the speeches with her own words of thanks and the most wonderful poem to her new husband; it was incredible! The rest of the speeches then followed before everyone headed into the great hall for the band to kick start the party with some brilliant 90’s covers (which I absolutely loved!). A huge thanks to the newly wed’s for letting me share this special day with you, here are just a few of the images to come!
