Zoe and Patrick celebrated their wedding at the stunning Coombe Lodge in Blagdon, one of the most popular venues in the Somerset countryside. With its elegant interiors and landscaped gardens overlooking Blagdon Lake, it’s a fantastic location for relaxed and natural wedding photography.
What I’ll always remember about their day is how much they made each other laugh. From the morning preparations through to the evening celebrations, they were constantly smiling — which makes my role as a Somerset wedding photographer such a joy.
The ceremony was full of genuine emotion, and afterwards we explored the grounds for a few simple, natural portraits. Coombe Lodge offers the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor backdrops, so there’s always an opportunity for great photos whatever the season or weather.
