Its always so exciting to hear of a new wedding venue! Henlade House, the newest Somerset Wedding Venue is just that; it joins its sister venues Coombe Lodge, Priston Mill and Rockbeare Manor. Located just outside on Taunton, minutes from the M5 for easy access yet located hidden in the rolling Somerset hills.
A few months ago I was asked to organise its very first photo shoot to photograph it with my timeless and elegant approach. With a group of very talented suppliers we created something truly magical. We wanted to let the stunning features of this Somerset venue shine through and use a soft palette to create a timeless and elegant feel. I just love the staircase and dining room! Daisylane Florals did the most incredible floral displays across the whole venue, showcasing how to add an extra touch of luxury and enhance the original features.
Our models were in the very safe hands of Cindy Beddard and Kathryn Braunton on hair and makeup and So Gorgeous Bridal had a stunning collection of dresses for us to chose from. While our men looked handsome in a selection of suits and jackets from Dyfed Menswear.
The dining room was elegantly decorated with the help of Laura Louise Hall Weddings, Hunter Gathering Stationary and the most stunning cake from Emma at Bake My Cake. The shoot wouldn’t have been possible without the help and coordination of Haley from Forever and Always; an incredible Wedding Planner.
Henlade House is a where Regency elegance meets sensational celebration. It truly is stunning and the perfect setting for your wedding or event. As a wedding photographer I can’t wait to shoot here more with my editorial approach; it’s going to be a very popular Somerset venue for sure!
